CAF WIne and Wings - June 2021

The Verandas Guest House is proud to be included as part of a prize package for this great cause! 

The Highland Lakes Squadron and 7 Creeks Winery are hosting a Raffle and Commemorative Air Force Museum Fundraiser on Friday, June 19, 2021 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.  Admission is free with food and drinks available by donation.   

Live music and WWII weapons demonstrations are part of the free entertainment, and wine tasting and airplane rides will be available for purchase as well.

Raffle tickets for $20 each (or 6 for $100) are for sale for rides in a warplane and gift certificates for train rides, cakes, and BBQ.

There is also an Ultimate Date Night package for raffle that includes transportation in a classic car to a wine tasting at 7 Creeks Winery followed by a romantic overnight stay at The Verandas Guest House!

The Burnet CPRA Pro Rodeo is coming this weekend!  Get on your boots and grab your hat and be ready Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June13.  Don't miss this exciting annual event in Burnet, Texas!  Rodeo tickets are available at Blair's Western Wear in Marble Falls for $8 in advance, or they may be purchased at the gate for $10.  The rodeo arena is just a short drive from The Verandas Guest House if you would like some historical lodging that dates back to when Burnet was part of the "Wild West!"
