Mothers' Day Getaway

Burnet City Wide Garage Sale - May 2

Come on out to the Burnet Courthouse Square and shop the annual City-Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, May 2, 2015.  From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. booths will be set up for you to conveniently shop all in one stop.  This annual sale is hosted by the Burnet Association of Merchants.

Valentines Dinner at Texas Tea-Licious - February 14

Live Music - Bill Reid at Texas Tealicious - January 24

Texas Tealicious on Main Street hosts live music on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 6 - 8 pm.  On Saturday, January 24, they will feature Bill Reid who plays a variety of country, blues, and folk (among other genres!).

Barbecue and Chili Cookoff January 16 - 17

There are two cookoff events scheduled for the Burnet area this weekend.

On January 16 and 17, 2015, The Lone Star Barbecue Society is hosting their Cooker of the Year cookoff at the Burnet County Fairgrounds. No membership is required and entry fee for meat is $85. Pilot Knob Winery is hosting a chili cookoff on Saturday, January 17, 2015. Christmas on the Square - December 13

An exciting, eventful holiday weekend is planned in Burnet, Texas when we celebrate the annual Christmas on the Square!  On Saturday, December 13, the tree and the county courthouse will be lit up for the  occasion. 

Texas Tea-Licious on the Square is a delicious spot for Burnet visitors to enjoy a meal. 

Performances by local entertainers such as the Burnet Gunfighters, shops and restaurants open late, a visit from Santa, Main Street Bethlehem, and an old fashioned Fort Croghan Christmas are some of the fun activities planned.
